Merchant FAQ

Raffle & Silent Auction

This year we will include a raffle of magical items. Merchants are requested to donate an item to the raffle. We are accepting donations of raffle items from merchants and other participants. If you have a magical item that you would like to donate, please bring it to Lustration with you. If you choose to do so, please include a business card or other information with the donation, so that we can advertise your booth during the raffle. If you would like us to mention whom the donation is from, include a business card or short written description with it. All proceeds from this fundraiser will benefit ...

How do I become a merchant?

The Marketplace is a Pagan shopping area created within the Lustration conference site. Merchanting will include an extravaganza of items, offering Pagan clothing, jewelry, pottery, drums and other musical instruments, Pagan books, music, and a wealth of ritual items, as well as services such as body work and Tarot readings.

Merchant booth locations will be preassigned by the merchant coordinator. Specify your preferred general location and we will attempt to place you in that general area. We also can not guarantee you will be placed by a specific vendor. Earliest registrants will be given most preference, but note that we are not in a position to grant all requests. Include a description of what you will be merchanting, and it will be included as free advertising in the Lustration Guide and on this site..

When you register for the festival, fill out the merchant application completely, including your contact information, business name and description, parking permit requirements, the list of things you will be merchanting, and your method of payment for fees. Be sure to complete all the fields on the application to avoid delay of approval. You must be registered for the festival in order to be approved as a merchant.

The fee for a slot is $35.00. You may rent up to 3 side by side slots of the same type. Only one business application per slot. Frontage area may only be used for vending. All vendors must arrive by 8pm Friday night. Those merchanting must provide their own tables, chairs, tarps, or other means of display.

All Merchants are asked to also donate to our Food Drive.
